Recruitment Process

• Application Screening

  We check whether applicants have completed all required resume fields and comprehensively assess their suitability for the position.

• Personality and Aptitude Assessment

  We comprehensively evaluate applicants' growth potential and organizational fit.

• First-Round Job Interview

  This interview assesses applicants' enthusiasm, abilities, and practical skills for the job. It may include a competency-based interview and an English-language interview.

• Second-Round Executive Interview (if needed)

  Applicants who pass the first round proceed to an executive interview. A pre-employment medical examination is also conducted at a designated hospital during this stage.

• Final Selection

  Once employment is confirmed, successful applicants join the LS Group family and begin training upon joining.
